SCIΦ Fest Ignites Young Minds

On 7th August, NPS Koramangala hosted its maiden SCIΦ Fest for the Middle School students, bringing together 11 schools for a day of exploration, creativity, and intellectual challenge. The event opened with a symbolic, eco-friendly lamp-lighting, followed by a captivating musical performance that set an inspiring tone.

The fest took participants on an imaginative journey into the PhiVerse – a fictional universe where realms of Computer Science, Chemistry, Physics, Biology, and Mathematics brought alive through engaging characters, puzzles, and challenges. From cracking codes and navigating atomic hunts to testing the laws of light and exploring biological mysteries, students immersed themselves in activities that blended logic, creativity, and teamwork.

The day’s events aimed not only to test knowledge but also to nurture curiosity, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Adding a meaningful dimension, the school shared an important health message on reducing sugar consumption among children. The initiative, supported by CBSE’s Sugar Boards, encouraged students to adopt healthier food choices and spread awareness in their communities.

With spirited participation, SCIΦ Fest celebrated learning beyond textbooks, reminding young minds that discovery begins with a question and flourishes with imagination. The day concluded with excitement, inspiration, and a commitment to lifelong learning. After a day of spirited challenges, National Public School HSR Layout emerged as the overall champion of SCIΦ Fest.
