Grade 6 – Visit to PARAM Science Centre

Students of Grade 6 visited Param Science Centre (Parsec), Jayanagar, Bengaluru from 25th to 28th November 2025. It was an exciting and enriching experience. Students explored six interactive galleries, each presenting fascinating scientific concepts. They began with exhibits on waves and motion, creating oscillations on an LED board and watching a cycle’s movement transform into a walking animation. The emotions gallery amazed them with clever illusions, while the puzzles gallery challenged their thinking with engaging brainteasers. A tactile gallery introduced them to various textures and learning through touch. In the light gallery, students explored lasers and learned about scientists like Albert Einstein. Their favourite, however, was the digital gallery, featuring games such as “Spot the Odd Colour” and a musical exhibit where pitch changed with hand movements. Overall, it was a fun, hands-on and informative experience that deepened their understanding of science, leaving many eager to revisit this wonderful place.
