Cyber Security Workshop 2024-2025

A workshop on cybersecurity was conducted for students of Grades 4 and 5 on the 16th of July. The guest speaker, Ms Arti Vasudevan, has been instrumental in spreading awareness among today’s generation which requires awareness about the perils of being online and protecting their online identities.

The workshop highlighted the detrimental effects of sharing personal information on the web, using weak passwords, and cyber ‘stranger danger,’ all of which are the need of the hour.

The workshop also encouraged students to identify trusted adults with whom children can share their worries regarding cyberbullying or any other threats from the internet. The students enjoyed the workshop and clarified their doubts about these ideas and above all, they have promised to reassess their online safety and adopt precautionary measures as suggested to them.
